Mindful Yoga for Happy Kids
Children’s yoga offers a calm, nurturing space where children can slow down, move their bodies gently, and feel truly supported. Through playful poses, soothing breathing, and moments of quiet relaxation, children are encouraged to connect with themselves, build confidence, and learn simple ways to manage their emotions. At Blossom, we take a caring, child‑led approach, creating sessions where every child feels safe, valued, and accepted just as they are. We focus on kindness, patience, and encouragement, ensuring each class feels like a positive, comforting experience that supports children’s wellbeing and helps them flourish both inside and out.
Yoga and Mindfulness for Young Learners
Our classes are playful and adventurous with imaginative language yoga that helps children to manage emotions, improve concentration and build strength and flexibility, fostering emotional well-being and physical development in a fun, nurturing space.
Currently, all of our classes are held at Piccolo Land where you can enjoy a coffee or juice while your child has their class.


Our Instructor
Laura is passionate about movement and mindfulness, especially with younger children. As a pre school teacher with over 25 years experience, Laura practices yoga through story, props, games and mindfulness arts and crafts.
